Matthew has worked in the Commercial finance industry for over 20-years originally starting with ANZ Bank and holding further positions with CIT Group, National Australia Bank and in a private broking house. Matthew is passionate about the equipment finance industry and contributes his diverse knowledge so that the business can provide clients with the best experience possible. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree double majoring in finance & economics.

Caryn has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry beginning her career with Esanda and further positions with CBA, CIT Group and various broking houses. Caryn brings extensive skills in the area of sales origination, business development and particularly in the field of partner networking. Caryn offers the business a strong level of business expertise gained within the finance industry drawing on her diverse understanding of credit, business development and client retention.

Bec has worked in the finance industry for over 13-years, specialising in establishing strong vendor referral partnerships right throughout Australia. With a depth of experience, Bec is able to develop tailored vendor finance solutions for our partners that allow their businesses to thrive. Bec is very well known within the commercial finance industry drawing on a strong network of connections across the country.

Daniel’s background is in business development & sales and he works to establish and nurture the relationships that Geared has with its key partners. Daniel was formerly a qualified chef and successfully ran his own venue for a number of years, which has provided him with an exceptional understanding of what it takes to operate a business. This allows Daniel to relate to our clients from their perspective, while appreciating the challenges of running a business and what solutions Geared can provide around these. Daniel has worked to establish a strong network of contacts across various industries and excels at providing exceptional customer service.

Chris has worked in finance for over 20-years and is well known to most within the commercial equipment finance industry, holding previous positions with ANZ Bank, CBFC and Suncorp. Chris has a particularly strong background in commercial and business finance providing solutions across unsecured lending, trade, debtor and also complex commercial transactions. Chris is able to work with partners to translate the benefits of utilising finance as a sales aid in order to transform their businesses

Simon has previously worked in a private broking environment and has an exceptional level of skill around credit, documentation and settlements. Simon also has a strong IT and systems background contributing a high level of skill to the overall business.

Nishan is a seasoned marketing and communications expert with a wealth of experience across various sectors, including government, finance, and hospitality. He has previously worked at EY in London and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Melbourne. Nishan’s primary responsibilities include overseeing our marketing and advertising campaigns, developing impactful commercial and creative responses, and managing the development and implementation of our technology products.

Alex has a depth of experience within the commercial finance industry holding previous positions across a commercial broking firm, other asset finance providers and within Medfin, a division of the NAB. Alex is responsible for managing the client finance transactions for the business and facilitating the customer experience to provide a smooth process for clients.

Amy has previously held positions with the CBA and provides the business with support in the areas of credit preparation, documentation, settlements and customer service. Amy has a strong client focus and provides a consistently high level of satisfaction to the businesses clients.

Sophie is from a customer service background and provides support to the finance sales functions of Geared. Offering strong support to all aspects of the business processing, Sophie is a key member of the Geared team.

Kevin is from an analyst and settlements background, holding previous positions with NAB, Westpac and a broking environment. Kevin forms part of Geared’s support team to provide a high level of customer service in Credit, Documentation and Settlements to ensure the business can deliver excellent solutions for our clients and referral partners.
